Can I change my order once I've placed it?
If you want to change your order please email email@example.com, along with with your order details, as soon as possible and we will try and help. If your order has already been processed, packed or shipped, unfortunately it is too late.
How do I check on the progress of my order?
We'll keep you updated along the way, and will send you an email when your order has been shipped and delivered.
